Unicaf University Signs MoU with Human Resource Society of Malawi (HRSM)

Lilongwe, Malawi – December 4th, 2024. Unicaf University, the leading provider of higher education in Malawi, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Human Resource Society of Malawi (HRSM) to strengthen collaboration in advancing human resource excellence in the country. The signing ceremony, held on November 25, 2024, marks a significant milestone in fostering capacity-building initiatives and professional development opportunities for HR practitioners in the country.

The HRSM is an organisation dedicated to advancing the field of human resource management in Malawi. Through training, capacity building, and keeping HR practitioners informed about emerging trends, HRSM aims to equip its members with the tools needed to drive innovation and effectiveness in human resource practices.
